Freedom Road™ (“Freedom Road”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors and users (“Users”). INTENDED USERS

Our website is intended and directed only to Users over the age of twenty-one (21), and/or Users who have an official medical card issued by the state of Colorado or Oklahoma granting the User legal access to marijuana.

Our website is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect Information from children. If a parent or guardian believes their child provided Freedom Road with Information, please contact us immediately, and Freedom Road will take steps to remove such Information from our systems.

SPECIAL COLORADO CONSIDERATIONS

Our Privacy Policy is consistent with our obligations pursuant to the state-specific policies and laws regarding the collection of data including, without limitation, the Colorado Privacy Act (C.R.S. Title 6, Art. 1). Freedom Road does not believe it is currently subject to the Colorado Privacy Act because it does not currently meet the threshold requirements set forth in 6-1-1204(b), nor does Freedom Road engage in “Targeted Advertising” or the sale of “Personal Data,” as defined under the Colorado Privacy Act. However, should factors change in the future that cause the Colorado Privacy Act to apply to Freedom Road based upon the way in which Freedom Road conducts business, Users will be provided all rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. As state laws change, Freedom Road will update our Privacy Policy accordingly. Users should periodically review the Privacy Policy to make sure they understand and are up-to-date regarding how Freedom Road keeps the User’s information safe.

Freedom Road reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Privacy Policy on our website.
